Even though we’re a small organization, Qgiv makes us feel like we’re an important asset to them. We had a few hiccups initially upon launch just trying to learn the system, and the customer support team was great in helping us get things figured out in a timely manner.
The webinars have been extremely helpful. My background is in retail marketing, so coming to a charitable organization was a bit of a learning curve for me. The webinars have been great in helping me understand who is giving, how they’re giving, and what keeps them giving.
We were also involved in the beta testing for the new donation forms, which was great. The new pages launched just in time for our annual capital campaign. The benefits we’ve received from Qgiv have definitely outweighed any cost!
